the staff provided excellent service and helped fulfill our needs. the outdoor swimming pool and relaxation areas were impossible to resist. If you want to have breakfast in your room, the in-room breakfast service is perfect for you. the buffet breakfast had various options, including halal food, and everything was delicious.

The staff at Orchard Hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Nelson Wang and Sunshine for going above and beyond to assist us. Room upgrade and safety consideration for seniors was greatly appreciated. Convenient location near transportation and amenities.

Excellent hotel, perfect location on Orchard Road. The staff were very good too make our stay nice. The club access with privileges in the club lounge was a great bonus. The hotel was close to transportation and many dining options.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the shopping and restaurant district. The hotel facilities are great, including a great restaurant downstairs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is excellent throughout the hotel.

I recently stayed at Orchard Hotel for a few nights and had a great experience. The room was clean and well kept, and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Claymore Wing room with a beautiful view. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to shopping malls and the Orchard MRT station. I felt safe with the key card access to the floors. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We stayed in a premier room with access to the lounge, which was a great advantage. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a large bathroom featuring both a shower and a bath. The breakfast options in the dining room were extensive, offering a variety of cuisines including Western, Chinese, Indian, and Japanese. The hotel's location right next to a shopping center allowed for easy access to a wide range of stores and malls.

The mattress was too soft for my liking.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the convenient location of Orchard Hotel. It was easy to walk to the Botanical Gardens every day, which was a great way to unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

We loved staying at a hotel that was in a prime shopping area but also close to nature. It was great to have the option to walk to the Botanic Gardens or take a bus from the nearby stop. Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was well-maintained with high-quality amenities. The staff provided excellent service, and breakfast was a highlight with a great variety of local dishes. The hotel also offered convenient facilities such as a gym and pool.

The noise level in the lobby could be improved, as there were only a few seats and it was very noisy with three restaurants nearby.
