Orchard Hotel Singapore

During our stay here, we were impressed by the luxurious and exclusive amenities provided. The staff provided excellent service and helped fulfill our needs. The outdoor swimming pool and relaxation areas were impossible to resist. If you want to have breakfast in your room, the in-room breakfast service is perfect for you. The buffet breakfast had various options, including halal food, and everything was delicious.

Although our stay was great, we had a minor issue with the drain in the shower of our premium deluxe room; it was partially clogged.

The staff at Orchard Hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Nelson Wang and Sunshine for going above and beyond to assist us. Room upgrade and safety consideration for seniors was greatly appreciated. Convenient location near transportation and amenities.

I recently stayed at Orchard Hotel for a few nights and had a great experience. The room was clean and well kept, and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Claymore Wing room with a beautiful view. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to shopping malls and the Orchard MRT station. I felt safe with the key card access to the floors. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We stayed in a premier room with access to the lounge, which was a great advantage. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a large bathroom featuring both a shower and a bath. The breakfast options in the dining room were extensive, offering a variety of cuisines including Western, Chinese, Indian, and Japanese. The hotel's location right next to a shopping center allowed for easy access to a wide range of stores and malls.

The mattress was too soft for my liking.

The room decor was lovely with a touch of colonial elegance. We enjoyed the romantic ambience it created for our escape. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping and dining options.

There were noticeable dirt and dust along the edges of the carpet and furniture. The smell coming from the toilet after using the shower was unpleasant and lingered for a long time.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the convenient location of Orchard Hotel. It was easy to walk to the Botanical Gardens every day, which was a great way to unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

We loved staying at a hotel that was in a prime shopping area but also close to nature. It was great to have the option to walk to the Botanic Gardens or take a bus from the nearby stop. Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was well-maintained with high-quality amenities. The staff provided excellent service, and breakfast was a highlight with a great variety of local dishes. The hotel also offered convenient facilities such as a gym and pool.

The noise level in the lobby could be improved, as there were only a few seats and it was very noisy with three restaurants nearby.
